Satisfy the needs of consumers----

The pursuit of the Yinter company
and its staff in the whole process

Quality Control System
Meeting customer specifications is our number one goal. YPM¨s series of non-destructive testing and chemical spectral analysis procedures ensure that every casting meets your intended dimensional accuracies, design tolerances, and structural integrity requirements.
In addition to internal metal quality control practices, our operation processes are implemented and controlled by quality assurance system, certificated ISO9001:2008, PED 97/23/EC, and AD2000-WO/TRD 100.
There are many in-process controls and inspections in patternmaking, moldmaking and finishing areas of the plant.? These controls contribute significantly to the consistently high quality of surface finish and dimensions.
Spectrum Analysis
YPM¨s metal analysis services offer accurate analysis of everyday casting production and quality assurance. Our two emission spectrometers can measure the elemental composition of any low alloy, high alloy, stainless steel, tool steel, or precipitation hardening steel

Radiographic Inspection
This inspection method bombards the casting with short wavelength electromagnetic radiation to expose surface and subsurface imperfections.
Penetrant Inspection
By applying a fluorescent dye to the finished casting, inspector can detect surface cracks, leaks, and defects that could potentially compromise structural integrity.
Magnetic Particle Inspection -
This non-destructive testing method consists of applying a magnetic field to the part undergoing testing.
Metallurgical Microscopes
Used as measuring instruments for measuring material texture, inclusions, surface defects, and grain size.
Mechanical Property Testing -
We perform tensile, hardness, and toughness tests to measure fractures, deformities, or fatigue of alloy. Mechanical property testing can accurately predict the amount of stress a casting can withstand before structural failure.
Dynamic Balancing Tester
Is used for testing the mass-balance of rotating parts such as rotors, impellers, fans, disc drives, pulleys, propellers, and pumps.
